The Perodua mobile application integrates QR code scanning, eKYC verification, customer retention tools, and presentation materials to help businesses effectively manage customer interactions and relationships, ultimately boosting retention and driving sales growth. The system integrates directly with Perodua's centralised Oracle database via custom Node.js middleware, delivered in 4 phased releases using Agile methodology.
