About this project
Perodua MOVeIT (CBU Movement and Transportation Information System) is the operational backbone of Perodua's outbound vehicle distribution — moving Completely Built-Up units from the assembly plant through quality inspection, yard storage, transporter dispatch, and outlet acknowledgement to the end customer. Advisory Apps delivered three role-based mobile apps under one platform: a Distribution app for yard receiving, defect logging, parking-bay assignment, and e-Work Order generation; a Transporter app for admin acknowledgement, driver job selection, security clearance, live route tracking, and arrival capture; and a Sales Outlet app for vehicle-status query, live tracking, and joint inspection on receiving. The platform digitises every defect record with photo evidence and 360 vehicle views, replaces paper-based work orders with electronic acknowledgement and decline-with-reason workflows, and gives outlets real-time visibility of every vehicle in the delivery pipeline. Built bilingually in English and Bahasa Melayu with role-scoped menus enforced by login profile.

Chassis QR Code Scanning
Drivers and yard staff scan each vehicle QR to validate chassis number against the work order before any movement is recorded.
360-View Defect Logging
Tap-to-mark defect locations on a 360 vehicle view, categorised as scratch, dent, stone-chip, or other — with photo evidence required per record.
Bundled Accessory Verification
Per-bundle gear-up checks ensure every accessory pack is present at receiving, staging, and outlet hand-over — missing bundles auto-trigger the claim workflow.
e-Work Order Acknowledgement
Transporter admins accept or decline e-WOs with structured reason codes — carrier breakdown, under inspection, driver unavailable — feeding the exceptional-load assignment queue.
Driver Self-Service Job Selection
Once the admin confirms an e-WO, drivers self-select jobs from their company queue and the system auto-tags driver identity to the load.
Yard In/Out Security Clearance
Security gate scans driver licence and e-WO QR before yard entry; verified status unlocks vehicle collection and exit clearance.
Live GPS Route Tracking
Outlets and admins watch in-flight loads on a live map with driver profile, trip count, licence expiry, and ETA arrival timestamps.
Outlet Joint Inspection on Arrival
Outlets scan a location QR to mark e-WO arrival, then run accessory and physical-condition checks vehicle-by-vehicle — surfacing defects logged in earlier stages.
Allocation List Reports
Filterable reports by date, engine/chassis, parking bay, customer number, and ageing window for daily yard reconciliation and audit.
Bilingual UX
Every screen ships in English and Bahasa Melayu so floor operators, drivers, and outlet staff use the language they prefer.
Vehicle Movement Audit Trail
Every status change — receiving, allocated, scheduled, shipped, departed, captured arrival — is timestamped against engine number for full traceability.
