PartyPot
Digital Chips & Auto-Settlement App for Group Card and Tabletop Games
Cross-platform mobile app that replaces physical chips with a digital banker for poker, blackjack, baccarat, mahjong, UNO, and Monopoly — running game-mode mechanics in-app and auto-optimising end-of-session settlements to minimise transfers between players.
Overview
About this project
PartyPot is a native iOS and Android app built by Advisory Apps that turns any phone into the banker for casual chip-based games — poker, blackjack, baccarat, gnau, big two, Monopoly, UNO, and other card and tabletop formats. Players create or join rooms by QR code, set a bet amount, and transact through a real-time ledger that supports central-pot betting (with poker-style pre-flop, flop, turn, river, and showdown phases) and direct peer-to-peer chip transfers. At end of session a settlement algorithm calculates the minimum set of payments needed to clear every player’s net position, offsetting debts so groups make the fewest possible transfers when settling up in real money. The build covers the full stack: account onboarding, in-game activity feed, past-games history, free-play mode, and shareable settlement summaries.
What We Delivered
Key features & capabilities
Multi-Game Digital Banker
One app handles chip ledgers for poker, blackjack, baccarat, gnau, big two, Monopoly, UNO, and other card and tabletop formats without physical chips.
Poker Round Engine
Built-in pre-flop, flop, turn, river, and showdown phases drive betting rounds and resolve the central pot at the end of every hand.
Central Pot & P2P Transfers
Players can pool stakes into a shared pot for round-based games or send chips directly peer-to-peer for free-form sessions.
Auto-Settlement Algorithm
At session end the algorithm offsets every player’s net position and outputs the minimum number of real-money transfers needed to settle the table.
QR-Code Room Sharing
Hosts spin up a room in seconds and invite players by scanning a QR code — no usernames or contact lists required to join.
Real-Time Activity Feed
Every transfer, bet, and pot resolution is timestamped in a per-room activity log so players can audit who paid what to whom.
Past Games History
Each player gets a history of completed sessions with date, room name, bet amount, and roster for quick reference and rematch.
Free-Play Mode
Casual rooms can run without bet amounts so groups still get scoring, history, and activity tracking when playing just for fun.
Native iOS & Android
Shipped as native builds to the App Store and Google Play with shared session state, push notifications, and identical UX across both platforms.
