MyWorld Logistics is the operational backbone for an IKEA Malaysia delivery and assembly partner — ingesting service orders directly from IKEA Excel feeds and orchestrating the full last-mile flow from scheduling and gate-pass generation through creditor dispatch and electronic proof-of-delivery reconciliation. Advisory Apps delivered a multi-branch enterprise web platform that handles branch-level scheduling and pricing across 350+ delivery locations with an item-price plus assembly-percentage surcharge engine, full creditor and fleet management (customers, drivers, trucks), service-order scheduling with pending, delivering, and completed states, and automated PO generation that ships both detailed and summary outputs with auto running numbers and itemised deductions. Every create, edit, and archive action across users, creditors, pricing, scheduling, and POs is captured in a tamper-evident audit trail for compliance and operational oversight.
