About this project
Ivy Holiday digitises the day-to-day operations of a Malaysian inbound travel agency that fulfils airport transfers, intercity transfers, private tours, SIC tours, and private charters. The platform ingests bookings directly from Booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka, Klook, and other OTAs through both API automation and Excel import, then schedules tour guides, drivers, and vehicles against a unified day-grid calendar with availability tracking and one-day-ahead dispatch reminders. A companion mobile app delivers daily job lists, participant manifests, pickup locations, and itinerary links to drivers and tour guides, while back-office modules handle vehicle service reminders, user management, audit logs, and operational reports.

Pulls bookings, customer details, and updates from Booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka, Klook, and other OTAs via API; manual entry and Excel import are available as fallbacks.
Unified Schedule Board
Day-grid calendar that visualises every tour guide, driver, and vehicle assignment with one-day-ahead reminders to dispatch unscheduled orders.
Guide & Driver Assignment
Handles every staffing combination — driver-only, driver-cum-guide, or driver-plus-guide — with availability tracking so jobs never collide.
Vehicle Management
Per-vehicle service, road tax, and insurance reminders sent by email and in-app, with default driver assignments that can still be overridden per order.
Driver & Guide Mobile App
Field-staff app delivering daily job lists, calendar/schedule views, participant manifests, pickup locations, and itinerary links.
Order Itinerary Editor
Per-order itinerary customization with timeline editing, pickup/drop-off locations, participant lists, and trip notes.
Product Catalogue
Manages five operational product types — airport transfer, intercity transfer, 1-day private tour, 31 SIC tour routes, and private charter.
Customer Email Notifications
Automated booking confirmations and pre-trip reminders sent to end customers across all OTA channels.
User & Audit Management
Role-based user management with a tamper-evident audit log and a settings module for back-office governance.
Operational Reports
Centralised reporting across schedule, orders, staff, vehicles, and products for daily and monthly performance review.
