About this project
Chuan Huat LPG is a lorry-driver mobile app paired with an HQ web panel that runs the day-to-day operations of a gas cylinder distributor. Drivers load stock from the warehouse each morning and submit the count to an office PIC, who enters a password in the app to confirm the collection. HQ keys in pre-orders through the web panel — each order is staged as a scheduled delivery for the assigned driver and supports document types such as delivery order, invoice, cash invoice, and combined delivery-order-with-cash-invoice. The mobile app pairs with an 80mm Bluetooth thermal printer to produce delivery notes, invoices, and receipts on the spot, while every transaction syncs live to the central system and into AutoCount accounting. End-of-day closing handles returning leftover stock to HQ, tele-counting physical versus app stock, and reconciling cash collected against AutoCount, with built-in tracking of empty cylinder borrows and returns per debtor and a full set of driver, route, and company reports.

Morning Stock Loading
Drivers record cylinders loaded onto their lorries at HQ and an office PIC enters a password in-app to authorise the collection before dispatch.

Head office keys customer pre-orders into the web panel where they are queued as scheduled deliveries for the assigned driver and lorry.
Bluetooth Thermal Printing
Pairs with 80mm mobile Bluetooth printers so drivers can print delivery notes, invoices, and receipts directly at the customer site.
Multi-Document Transactions
Supports delivery order, invoice, cash invoice, and combined delivery-order-with-cash-invoice document types per drop, selectable on the lorry.
Live AutoCount Sync
Every completed transaction syncs immediately to the central system and into AutoCount accounting so the books stay reconciled without re-keying.
End-of-Day Closing
On lorry return, drivers tele leftover stock against physical count and the app calculates cash collected versus expected so the full bag is returned to HQ.
Empty Cylinder Ledger
Tracks empty LPG cylinders borrowed and returned by each debtor account so deposits and balances are auditable across deliveries.
Scheduled Delivery Routing
Pre-orders are pre-assigned to drivers with delivery sequence and addresses so the day starts with a ready job list, not a paper roster.
Driver & Company Reports
Generates reports across drivers, lorries, debtors, document types, and overall company performance for daily and monthly review.
Role-Based Access & Audit
Office, warehouse, and driver roles each see only the functions they need, with a full audit trail behind password-confirmed actions.
