About this project
BeWell Chiropractic is a custom web platform developed by Advisory Apps for BeWell to run its chiropractic practice across multiple branches. It consolidates the front-desk calendar, practitioner schedules, patient profiles, clinical notes, letters, case files, invoicing, payments, and account statements into one interface, with a shared message board for staff announcements such as monthly leave rosters. Patient engagement is powered by a SendGrid integration for transactional and promotional email and a Trengo integration for WhatsApp templates, automated reminders, and a unified customer-service inbox. A packages module manages prepaid treatment bundles (e.g., Buy 3 Free 1) with per-session usage tracking and history against each patient record.
