About this project
AFC Essentials digitises the end-to-end Customer Due Diligence workflow for compliance and AML teams. The platform combines sanctions screening, structured risk-assessment questionnaires, and supervisor adjudication into a single case file — each stage producing a verifiable score and a downloadable PDF report. Built as a multi-tenant VueJS dashboard backed by a Node.js API on GCP, it also manages individual and organisation records, whitelists with effective dates, audit logs, and user access for compliance officers and their supervisors.

Whitelist Management
Create, edit, and archive whitelists for trusted individuals and organisations with start- and end-date controls.
PDF Report Generation
On-demand audit-ready PDFs for CDD reviews, screenings, individuals, and organisations from stored case data.
Case Status Controls
Save-and-close as draft without scoring, or confirm-and-close to finalise a case and lock it from further changes.
Admin & Audit Log
Admin panel for managing companies, users, and account changes, with a tamper-evident audit log of every action.
