Real-Time Device Orchestration
WebSocket event bus pushing live updates to many connected devices at once
A WebSocket-powered event bus that pushes live updates from a single source of truth to dozens or hundreds of connected devices simultaneously — tablets, displays, kiosks, IoT sensors, and back-office screens. Designed for environments where many surfaces must reflect the same state in real time without polling, manual refresh, or stale data.
Features
What's Included
Single-Source Event Bus
One canonical event stream — every device subscribes to the channels relevant to it and reacts to the same authoritative state, eliminating drift between screens.
Pub / Sub Channel Routing
Devices subscribe to topic channels by branch, role, screen type, or job ID — so a kiosk in Lobby A only receives the events it cares about.
Reconnect & Backpressure Handling
Devices that lose connectivity rejoin transparently and replay missed events — no operator intervention, no duplicate or skipped messages.
Device Health & Heartbeat Monitoring
Each connected device emits heartbeats — the orchestrator surfaces offline screens, lagging tablets, and unreachable kiosks before customers notice.
Targeted Push Commands
Send commands to a single device or a group — refresh layout, swap content, restart playback — straight from the admin console.
Audit-Ready Event Log
Every event published, every device that received it, and every ACK is captured — enabling forensic replay and SLA reporting.
