You do not need a 50-page specification document to get started. Here is what helps us give you the best initial assessment and move quickly into the scoping phase.

What to Bring to the First Conversation

Essential

• The problem you are solving: What pain point does your app address? Who has this problem?
• Target users: Who will use the app? Consumers, business users, internal teams?
• Key features: The 3–5 most important things the app needs to do. You do not need a complete feature list — just the core.
• Approximate budget range: This helps us calibrate scope and suggest the right approach (MVP first, phased rollout, etc.).

Helpful but Not Required

• Reference apps: Apps you like or want to emulate — "something like X but for Y" is a great starting point.
• Wireframes or sketches: Even rough hand-drawn sketches help us understand your vision. We will refine them into professional designs.
• Existing systems: If the app needs to integrate with your CRM, ERP, or other tools, knowing this upfront helps us plan the architecture.
• Timeline constraints: Do you have a launch deadline or event date?
• Branding assets: Logo, brand colours, and style guides if available.
